Hot Water Woes

“I expected basic amenities like hot water during my stay, but I was disappointed to find there was none for several days. This made my experience less enjoyable as I was unable to take a hot shower, which I find essential.” read full review

Missing Comforts

“The room I stayed in lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable, especially given Mexico City's warm and humid climate. I had to sleep with the sliding door open, but that led to disturbances from noise and smoke.” read full review

Restless Nights

“Sleeping was a challenge due to the noise from people lingering on the terrace and stomping above me until 1 a.m. The combination of noise and exposure to smoke aggravated my allergies, impacting the overall comfort of my stay.” read full review

Power Outage Trouble

“A power outage added to the inconvenience by shutting down the elevator, and being stuck on the 5th floor was particularly challenging with the city's altitude. It made me feel quite stranded, further diminishing my overall enjoyment.” read full review
